Before we begin to submit qualified Candidates, we’ll work closely with your hiring team to build processes that will enable you to make smarter hires. We’ll provide you with the tools you’ll need to conduct an effective interview, rid yourself of emotional biases and accurately identify strong talent. And, when you’ve chosen the Candidate you want to hire, we’ll even handle the close – we’ll conduct reference and background checks, negotiate compensation offers and outline a plan to train and orient them once they’ve accepted the position.

We also gather feedback from our Candidates on how they were interviewed. Sometimes a member of the team is simply an ineffective interviewer, so instead of damaging your company’s reputation in front of a potential hire, we’ll adjust the roles of your interview team members, if necessary. This allows us to hold hiring managers accountable for the effectiveness of your team every step of the way.
