We want to learn everything we can about each open position at your company – the impact the person filling it will have on your business, the responsibilities that go along with the job and the kind of person it will take to succeed in the role. It’s important that we define your positions as clearly as possible before we attempt to fill them.
The third step in our recruiting process is Preparation – where we put strategy into practice. We’ll begin by turning your existing job descriptions into captivating job profiles. These profiles will better identify the knowledge, skills and experience required for each position. And they’ll give you the guidelines you need to accurately asses your new hire’s performance over time – because it’s essential to have a true understanding of the value each person adds to your organization.
Next, we’ll post the profiles on the job boards and niche industry sites we agreed upon during the planning phase. We’ll also hold hiring team meetings to review the processes and assign individual responsibilities for each interview. Finally, we’ll track our results against our sourcing strategy for each opening. We do all of this because, ultimately, the more prepared we are, the better the Candidates we find will “fit” with your organization.
